Deepika Padukone is one of the most popular actors in the industry. She often creates buzz because of her upcoming movies or social media posts. Currently, she is creating a huge buzz for a shocking reason. As many know, Deepika sells her clothes to support The Live Love Laugh Foundation. The closet collection has many outfits worn by the actress. As we speak of that, recently a few pieces of clothing auctioned by the actress grabbed attention and she is facing major backlash.

According to a Twitter user, Deepika has put up two kurtas for sales. One of them is designer pin tuck lakhnavi kurti, which she wore to Jiah Khan's funeral and another one is a kurti she wore to Priyanka Chopra's father's prayer meet in 2013. "I am so shocked.. my favourite Deepika Padukone has auctioned her non couture clothes from 2013.. I repeat 2013 that she wore to different funerals events. Low blow!," wrote a Twitter user.

For the uninitiated, Deepika has worked with Jiah in the film 'Housefull' also starring Arjun Rampal, Riteish Deshmukh and Lara Dutta. She also shared screen space with Priyanka Chopra Jonas in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani.

On the work front, Deepika has interesting projects in the pipeline. The actress will be seen sharing screen space with Ranveer Singh in '83. In the movie, Ranveer will essay the role of legendary cricketer Kapil Dev, while Deepika will play his wife Romi Bhatia. Besides that, she will be seen in K, Pathan, Shakun Batra's untitled film and The Intern. The actress recently wrapped up shooting for Shakun Batra's film.
